Here are the Answers for Season 2, Episode 2 of YellowBelly A to Z Trivia. We'll be back next week if we're still locked down. 


We had 34 teams this week. The toughest questions seemed to be 4, 18, 21, 25 and 26

Here are the answers:

8. Arsenio (Hall). “A SENIOR” is an anagram of ARSENIO, and he turned 65 on Feb 12, 2021. ARSENIO changes to ARSENIC if you delete the last sliver of the O. He’ll be back in Coming 2 America on March 5. 

9. Sinclair (Madge). She and James Earl Jones play Queen Sarabi and King Mufasa in The Lion King, and play Queen Aoelen and King Jaffe in Coming to America

10. Cruz (Ted). Isn’t he always the odd one out? All have royal titles in their names: Larry King, Sultan Ibragimov, Barron Trump, Lady Gaga, Prince Naseem, Queen Latifah

17. Mister. Mr. T, Mr Spock, Mr. Bean, Mr. Clean, Mr. Incredible, Mr. Mouth

18. Zincofax: Zinc + O + Fax. Zinc + oxygen make Zinc Oxide, Zincofax’s active ingredient

19. Rudd, Paul. The film is Mac and Me, and it was bankrolled by McDonalds. Rudd plays the clip every time he appears on Conan to promote something else.

20. Pangrams. Like “The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog.” Pangrams use all letters of the alphabet at least once.

21. Tesla. Subaru, Hertz, Triumph, and Tesla are car related; Light Year, Hertz, Newton and Tesla are units of measure; and Triumph, The Strumbellas, (Wayne) Newton and Tesla are all musical acts

The YellowBelly A to Z Trivia Quiz got picked up for another week, for Season 3, Episode 2 . With 30 teams last week, we feel we can keep this going until Dr. Fitz tells us to give it up. Each answer begins with a different letter of the alphabet. So, once a letter is gone, there's no turning back. Unless you made a mistake. Then you should turn back.
