21. Interjection. Even without an exclamation point, it still qualifies as an interjection.

23. Uniform. Using NATO Alphabet, the four pics are Whiskey, Echo, Alpha, Romeo = W-E-A-R. The only NATO letter you can wear is a Uniform.
24. Kenya. Kenya dig it?
25. Voldemort. Nickname of a thing you are not supposed to say out loud. In the theatre you call Macbeth “The Scottish Play” or risk bad luck. Same with calling Voldemort “You-Know-Who”.
